Common questions
How does the commission work?
You earn 10% of the total order value (excluding shipping) on every sale placed through your unique referral link or with your discount code. Commissions accumulate in your affiliate dashboard and are paid out monthly via PayPal once you reach £25.
How long does the tracking last?
Our cookie tracking lasts 30 days. If someone clicks your link and buys anything within 30 days, you get the commission — even if they don't buy immediately.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all earnings over £25 from the previous month. We pay via PayPal — make sure your PayPal email is set in your affiliate dashboard.
Can I use the discount code in my own purchases?
No — discount codes are for sharing with your audience. Self-referrals or fraudulent commission generation will result in account termination. We do, however, offer affiliates a separate exclusive discount on personal orders.
What kind of content can I make?
Anything authentic and on-brand. Unboxings, slab reviews, "build with me" videos, collection showcases, comparison content. We just ask that you don't make misleading claims or use spammy tactics (no incentivised clicks, no cookie stuffing).
Can I become an affiliate if I'm not in the UK?
Yes — affiliates can be based anywhere. However, customers ordering through your link will need to be able to receive deliveries to a UK address until we launch international shipping.
What if my application isn't accepted?
We review every application and look for a genuine fit with the Prime Slabs community. If your application isn't accepted right away, you're welcome to reapply once you've grown your audience or content niche.
